About Us

As the name suggests, AFE Projects comprises a collection of ongoing and sometimes overlapping projects in conservation, environment, energy, technology and global health.

WHAT IS IN A NAME?

The name AFE was originally borrowed (in 2011) as an acronym and used for a branch of fabric art that was managed between Nigeria and the United States. You can see some of the earlier work on the AFE Conservations Projects page.

The brand was established and grew independently through work with fabric, weaving and art. Although now two separately registered entities, the work with fabric dyeing and weaving still continues under the AFE brand name.
