As the name suggests, AFE Projects comprises a collection of ongoing and sometimes overlapping projects in conservation, environment, energy, technology and global health.
WHAT IS IN A NAME?
The name AFE was originally borrowed (in 2011) from an acronym for an existing family business based on the conservation of forests, land and traditional cultures such as adire, in SW Nigeria. There are now two separate registered entities on two continents that share a common past.

AREAS OF FOCUS
The main focus of AFE Projects is the well being of communities. health, the environment and the impact of climate change on humans and animals. AFE Projects has partnered with different organizations for humanitarian work. You can find more information on the Partner page.

COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS

In East Africa, the Principal Officer of AFE Projects works with a local CBO, Youth Empowerment (#YE254), in Kilifi, Kenya .
In West Africa, the Principal Officer volunteers with Safe Mother and Childhood Survival Research Initiative (SAMOCRI), Nigeria.
